DELAWARE ASSOCIATION OF SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGISTS
We hope you can join us for DASP's Fall Membership Dinner on Thursday, January 18th at Frazier's Restaurant. The theme for this year's dinner is ADVOCACY.
Kristin Dwyer, the Director of Legislation at the Delaware State Education Agency, will be the keynote speaker at the dinner. Kristin will discuss basic advocacy skills for supporting our professional role, increasing a vital skill set within the NASP practice model, and furthering the vision and mission of DASP. This presentation will include interactive group work with fellow School Psychologists and provide the essentials for building successful lobbying campaigns at every level of government, from your school building to state and national levels.
Your $30.00 registration fee provides you with a drink ticket, tossed salad, roasted potatoes, and choice of one entrée (honey roasted pecan chicken, roast beef, or a vegetarian pasta option), not to mention the priceless opportunity to interact with your fellow school psychology colleagues and gain important information regarding advocacy within our profession!
