Title: "Catalysts in Action!"
Speaker: NASP President, Peter Faustino, PsyD
"A catalyst is a substance that speeds up a chemical reaction, or lowers the temperature or pressure needed to start one, without itself being consumed during the reaction. Catalysts by definition are connectors; they only work by pairing together with other substances. Join NASP President, Dr. Peter Faustino for a fun, informative, and inspiring presentation on the transformative power of relationships in school settings."
Learning Objectives:
1. Spark discovery at the heart of systems level change through the lens of the transformative power of relationships.
2. Discuss the critical NEED for change within school systems (i.e. systemic inequity, social justice, concerns related to burnout and shortages of school psychologists).
3. Review skills that make school psychologists unique as Science-Practitioner-Advocates within school communities.
4. Share NASP resources as a method to tackling our daily challenges.

Registration Deadline
The registration deadline is 3/27/2025.
On-Site/Day of Registration
Please note that on-site registration on the day of the conference may be limited or unavailable depending on spacing at our new venue. We recommend registering ahead of time to avoid disappointment!
Group Registration
Many districts are starting to register groups, which we welcome! We have found that it is best to start this process early, as many districts require multiple steps before payment can be processed and sent to DASP. Our venue requires a head count in advance of the conference, so it is important to start planning now if using this registration method! The deadline for group registration requests to be submitted to the DASP Treasurer is 3/25/2025.
To register a group of attendees:
1. Have all attendees register themselves. This ensures that members get the correct rate without manual corrections. Tell registrants to not pay their registration, and leave the balance as is.
2. Establish a point person for the district who will coordinate payment. The district point person makes a copy of this form, fills out all required information, and sends to DASP Treasurer (Emily.Klein@redclay.k12.de.us). Please ensure that the correct totals are listed for members/non-members.
3. DASP’s treasurer will generate an invoice that districts can then pay using credit card, PayPal, or check. This invoice will be emailed to the point person listed at the top of the form.
*** Please be advised that it can take time for districts to process and send checks through the state. If using this process, it is recommended that you begin registration early to allow for payment processing!
Refunds
If you have registered and plans change, we are only able to process refunds up to 3/27/2024. Please be advised that when using some payment methods, such as Paypal, you may have a small service fee removed from your refund from the company.
